Hi folks! Long time no see. Well, this sentence seems to be my some kind of must-said words in my post lately, huh?
If I was busy with final thesis last time, this time I was unfortunate because my laptop is broken T_T
Not a major break actually, just a letter on the keyboard wouldn't respond. But since that letter was contained in my password, then it became a major break. Crappy, I know. So I just got time to bring my laptop to service centre and voila! The fact that I am posting a blog right now is a proof that my laptop has been fixed! Yay!

Okay, move into the main topic as written in my post title. Rings. What comes in your mind when you hear about ring? Engagement?

[FEATURED] Paul Fredrick 2014 Summer Collection Launch

Paul Fredrick. Have you ever heard about this brand? To be honest, this is my first time hearing this brand. Apparently their representative emailed me and offered a collaboration.

A brief explanation, Paul Fredrick is a Menswear brand based in the USA. Their main sales is their dress shirts. If I have to explain about the brand with one word, formal.

"Wait, fashion? Men's fashion? I thought you are a girl and your blog -this blog- is mainly about beauty?"
Well, yes I am a girl and this is a beauty blog indeed, but I am not bound by that definition, am I? Moreover, I have a passion in men fashion. I love stylish men. I love to mix and match men's outfit.
(How does Paul Fredrick found out about that passion anyway...? xD)

Anyway, I've seen their collection, their Summer collection dress shirts in particular. I love it. It's bright, but not girly bright. These are my favorite pieces :

[EVENT] L'Occitane Feito no Brasil~ L'Occitane Au Bresil Range Launching Event, 26.05.2014

Hello folks! It's been reaaaally long time since my last post, isn't it? Well, I am kinda lost my passion in writing and my univ assignment is piling up. Being in the very last semester doesn't make me more relaxed, it's getting stressful as I have to deal with final thesis. I am totally overwhelmed!

Well, I don't think it's appropriate for me to talk selfishly about my problems while the title is about event report, is it?
So, last Wednesday I was invited to attend L'Occitane's product launching event. The event was held at SKYE Lounge. I could say that SKYE is one of the most hyped place here in Jakarta. The lounge is located at 56th floor!

Well, the event is about L'Occitane's new product range, L'Occitane Au Bresil. As the name suggest, the range is inspired by the country well known for its Samba, Brazil. (Coincidentally, Brazil is one of most talked country right now, since they're about to host this year's FIFA World Cup!)

[REVIEW] Makarizo MK3 Color Revive Hot Ice Mineral Oil

Hi folks! As I promised in my previous post, I am going to show you how to use the Makarizo MK3 Color Revive Hot Ice Mineral Oil and my own experience using this product.

TUTORIAL

1. Prepare your hair. It should be damp, only towel dried. I suggest you to shampoo (and condition –if necessary) first. I also suggest you to cover your nape and back with a towel, so the product wouldn't get onto your shirt.

Hi. folks! I've been M.I.A. again for about half month. >< Please don't blame me :'( I was celebrating my 22nd birthday two days ago, on May 1st to be exact. And of course, I want to celebrate with you folks too! Read carefully until the very end, okay?

REVIEW : BeautyTreats Beauty Box

Hello, folks! Have you ever heard about "beauty box" before? Well, some people might be pretty familiar with this stuff, especially foreigners from outside Indonesia. The truth is, the beauty box format is pretty new here in Indonesia. Since I was pretty curious, I subscribed into one. The company I choose was BeautyTreats, as they were the one to mail me the offer. I pay for the subscription though, no freebies! ;D I paid IDR 95.000 (apprx. USD 9.5) for one month subscription.

REPORT : Yves Saint Laurent Beauty Event

My favorite brand was holding an event! And yes, as the title said, it's Yves Saint Laurent! The event was held on Saturday, February 23rd 2013 back then, at Mall Taman Anggrek, which fortunately located not too far from my house <3 The event started at 2 p.m. I was invited as the part of Indonesia Beauty Blogger's member. There were about 10+ IBB members being invited. I also spotted one of the admin there, Tia.

[SPECIAL!!] FOTD : Evil Fairy Look According to Me

Actually this look intended to be an Evil Fairy look. However, due to my poor makeup skill, it turned out a lil bit messy, and I think it's not that cunning; like an Evil Fairy should look like.. ><

FOTD 10.11.2012 ~ Make Peace with Fake Lashes

I used to hate fake lashes. Really hate it so much. The heavy, uncomfortable feeling, itchiness like your eyes were exposed to huge amount of dusts and dirt... Eww... However, since I started to blog, my big sister -which is a huge fan of fake lashes- always insisted me to wear one, so my eyes would look more appealing on pics. So then she gave me several pairs of her natural-looking fake lashes she bought in Bangkok, Thailand. Unfortunately, I FORGOT TO TAKE THE PIC OF THE LASHES THEMSELVES!!!
Forgive me.. >< I'll do some review later!!

So then I test drove the lashes on Saturday. I picked Saturday because I'll be having a family dinner in accordance to my brother in law's birthday (his actual birthday happens to be on November 8th, the same day as my anniversary >.< Our family usually held a birthday dinner on the closest Saturday to the actual birthday date). My theme for the day was pink. :D

FEATURED : Our 2nd Year Anniversary

I know this isn't beauty-related, and you might find this thing unimportant at all. However, I really wanna say to myself :

HAPPY 2nd ANNIVERSARY!!!

Yeah, today; November 8th 2012 is my 2nd anniversary with my boyfriend. Just a short time, I know. But I do believe our relationship will last forever. We take our relationship seriously, and we've already consider about future marriage. We're both in our 20s now; especially my boy. He's already 24 years old. And me? I will be graduating soon. Marriage isn't too far.

Okay, let's dismiss all the marriage idea now. My boyfriend, to my surprise, take a day off today from his office. He's always a great actor for this kind of thing! He pretended he's at office, while then he called me at noon and said he's at my campus!! I have to admit that I'm really surprised and happy. Lol.

No anniversary presents this year. We did exchange gifts last year, but then we realized its not an important thing, so we skipped the idea of gift giving this year.

On evening, we went to Mall Taman Anggrek (TA for short) to have our dinner at our favorite Japanese Restaurant, Hachi - Hachi Bistro. We really love their specialty; fusion sushi. We ordered my must-have Club Salmon Roll, Black Dragon Roll, and Katsu Cheese Parmesan Fettuccine. We also took some pictures, but, since I only got my Blackberry with me, the pics I took are all not too good. Better quality pics are taken with my man's beloved Android phone; HTC Desire VC.

RANDOM : Another Favorite Drink; Mama Roz

Aside from coffee, I do like another kinds of drink, namely teas, juices, yogurt drink, and milk. And also mineral water. lol

But this drink is special for me. Mama Roz. A local brand here in my country that supplies healthy drink from flavored soy milks to fresh mixed fruit juices.

Yesterday, August 25th, 2012, was my boyfriend's 24th birthday. However, unlike previous years, I didn't prepare any present for this year T^T... I really have no idea what to give him.. I am really sucks at choosing gifts.. x((

My Favorite Online Shop

You know, I'd prefer shop beauty stuffs online than shop in stores, due to the fact that I often having hard times communicating with strangers (especially store's staffs.. lol). It's also more convenient for me since I don't have to take any single step :p **lazybum**

Based on my preference above, it's very obvious that I knew a lot of trusted online shop. They do sell "trusts" anyway, beside physical products they offered. I know this because I do run an online shop^^

So today, I'd like to share it to you my favorite online shop (all shop are Indonesian-based shop through Facebook, while some stores also have their own websites) :

RANDOM : My Circle Lens Obsessions

As I've ever explained in previous posts, contact lens is a necessity for me, as I have bad eyesight and can't stand wearing glasses for long time.

At first, I really saw that a pair of contact lens that sells at >IDR 100.000 (USD 10) is expensive (stingy me :p), and buying a pair is enough as I could wear it for at least 4-5 months. I used to wear local brands of lenses (and still got a pair -that have yet to expired- with me right now)

I was also thinking that water content in lenses has to do with its comfort, which then I proved wrong after trying GEO lenses (and reading Dreamie Chuppa's notes). :p It's actually the brands that have to do with comfort, in my opinion.

Few months ago I bought a pair of i.Fairy Lens at Poppen Huis, and I really love it! Then I bought a GEO lens -in order to test that water content thing- from TomatoOnShop. And that was the time I started to get obsessed in circle lens. I currently have EIGHT pairs of lenses and will adding some more pairs. ;D

Soooo... My real reason for writing this post is.. I'm gonna show you my lens collection!! =D hope you won't get bored, ok? :p
