FOTD : 29.09.2013~ Tough as Taupe

Hello, folks! This is my favorite look of the week. I called it Tough as Taupe, largely inspired by the item I use for this look; Maybelline Color Tattoo shade's of same name. xDD

FOTD and Quick Review : Orange and a Touch of Blue/Green + Pandora Vanilla Shake in "Grey"

Hello, folks! Been quite a while since I created a new look. I don't wear makeup (except for eyebrow pencil) to univ, so I only got the chance to do my full makeup on weekends. xDD

For this week's look, I tried to match orange and blue/green color. Never thought these 2 colors would compliment each other this well! xD This look is created with Sephora Color Daze Blockbuster Palette 2012.

Berhubung hari ini spesial, akhirnya gue putusin buat berbahasa Indo. Yah, sebagai apresiasi aja. Gue masi orang Indo dan punya jiwa nasionalis kok *ehem* haahha

Dan karena hari spesial juga, gue terinspirasi buat dendongan pake tema Indonesia. Paling gampang sih, jelas... Merah Putih! Khas bendera kita banget kan tuh. Pas gue lagi mau dendong, tadi pagi gue liat salah satu temen gue yang juga blogger, Sheilla, juga bikin makeup yang sama. Jangan dibandingin! Tentunya bagusan dia.. Secara dia makeup artist beneran. Gue? MUA abal2 kali ya.. wakakak.. ga pernah makeupin orang sejujurnya. (PS. : Jangan lupa mampir ke blognya Sheilla juga ya! klik sini)

FOTD : Girls Day Out

Hello folks! xDD Yesterday I planned to hang out with my girl friends to Collete and Lola, a cake cafe at Southern Jakarta. However we failed to try the cakes as the cafe is full that time. X(( so we detoured to Lotte Shopping Avenue instead. xDD

I only do a simple, neutral eye makeup yesterday but since I got plenty of time I decided to curl my hair with my triple barrel waver. xDD

I am not a Moslem myself so I don't celebrate, but I do take this chance, along with my mom and sister plus my man to visit my grandmother's house. Then we hit the mall xDD

My look is inspired by the Eid Mubarak, when the color green and yellow/gold dominate the decorations.

FOTD : 20.04.2013~ Gyaru Attempt

I was trying on my new Make Up Academy (well known simply as MUA) palette today; the Undressed Palette. Well, using neutral, earthy tone hues isn't a significantly new thing for me, but it's a rare occassion. As (maybe) most of you know, I'd prefer bold popping eyeshadow colors than nudes. I also wear my D'Eyeko Princess Syahrini lashes! Judging on the result I got, I think I look Gyaru-ish.... Or... maybe not? Anyway, here's what I looked like today :

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR 2564, Folks!!!

During CNY day, my big family will gather at my grandma's house. My grandma prepares the lunch and the other family members; my mom and my aunties; will bring snacks, cakes, and fruits (oranges, grapes, etc). And even though we're not having lunch at luxurious restaurant or such, I still put on my best makeup, completed with faux lashes. xDD

I was actually not in the mood to do my eyes dramatically, so I just grab my Urban Decay 24/7 Shadow Pencil and glide and blend it on my eyelid. Never expected it'll turn pretty good!

FOTD : Romantic Date Look

What comes to your mind when you hear the word "romantic"? Pink, no? But yes, in this FOTD, I use pink as my main color scheme. The look is actually very simple, and it's originally a tutorial from Too Faced Summer Eye Collection but I added a little bit twist in it. Just a tiny bit, so it's not that significant.

Ah.. Finally my New Year look! I decided to be a little bit more festive by using bold colors such as gold, red, and teal. A lil bit sound Christmasy but I am actually inspired by the fireworks.. =D

Actually this look intended to be an Evil Fairy look. However, due to my poor makeup skill, it turned out a lil bit messy, and I think it's not that cunning; like an Evil Fairy should look like.. ><

FOTD 10.11.2012 ~ Make Peace with Fake Lashes

I used to hate fake lashes. Really hate it so much. The heavy, uncomfortable feeling, itchiness like your eyes were exposed to huge amount of dusts and dirt... Eww... However, since I started to blog, my big sister -which is a huge fan of fake lashes- always insisted me to wear one, so my eyes would look more appealing on pics. So then she gave me several pairs of her natural-looking fake lashes she bought in Bangkok, Thailand. Unfortunately, I FORGOT TO TAKE THE PIC OF THE LASHES THEMSELVES!!!
Forgive me.. >< I'll do some review later!!

So then I test drove the lashes on Saturday. I picked Saturday because I'll be having a family dinner in accordance to my brother in law's birthday (his actual birthday happens to be on November 8th, the same day as my anniversary >.< Our family usually held a birthday dinner on the closest Saturday to the actual birthday date). My theme for the day was pink. :D

FOTD : 23 September 2012; Green Sunday

I did this makeup on Sunday, inspired by own nails! LOL. I just polished them with my Essie Mojito Madness, so I tried to match my outfit and also my makeup with the nails. I wore several different shades of green from head to toe. I did wear another color (black) too so I won't look like a walking leaf.. :p Anyway, I don't have a full-body pic of me, since I took the pics myself.. xD

REVIEW : EOS Jewelry Grey

Hello, folks! I'm back for another review!
Sorry for late update.. I've been quite busy lately..

For this time, I'll be reviewing circle lenses. You know, since my early high school year, I've been dependent on corrective lenses, either contact lenses, or eyeglasses. I've been using contact lenses since the first time I discovered myself myopic. My mom didn't allow me to wear glasses back then, because she said it'll make my eyes look smaller than they were already. Quite a theory, huh?
But I do keep a pair of glasses -which I rarely wear- since I am also astigmatic. I haven't found contact lenses that have cylindrical power to correct my astigmatism.

So the lens I will be reviewing today is this one :

How're you guys doing?^^

I'm still on my holiday so, yeah.. This Monday feels better than any other Monday when I have to attend classes at the university.

Luckily for me, I also have free time today since I reject to join my mom and sisters to hang out (and shopping, of course) to a local mall. Yeah, I am too lazy too get outta the house.. ><

But then I remembered I have to ship one of my customer's package, so, after uploading some pics of new item for my online shop, I decided to take shower, put on some makeup (can't go out w/o makeup on my face.. lol ><), and then go.

So what I wanna show you today is  an FOTD of my today's look.

I am copying the "Naked" look - one of the five available tutorial to be followed in Urban Decay's Book of Shadows vol. IV - with some improvements from me... xDD

So, obviously, I am using UD BOS IV for my eye makeup...

So here's the look ;D
