[INTRODUCTION] B.liv by Cellnique Off With Those Head

Hey folks! Sorry for the late update! I am supposedly to publish this post days before, but since I am quite busy preparing for my upcoming trip, the post has been kinda.. neglected... lol.

My biggest issue since I was teenager is BLACKHEADS. I need to cap that. Blackheads. I really hate them. They're as stubborn as my head (lol); no matter what method I use, I never been able to get rid of them.

Then one day I got an email from a company named Cellnique who offered me to review one of its company line's, B.liv, product. The product name is Off With Those Head. Interesting name, huh?

And here's what the product looks like :

REVIEW : The Skin Food Shea Butter Lip Care Bar in "Watermelon"

My HG lip balm! I have trouble with my lips, as it tends to dry and chapped very easily. I also have trouble finding a great lip care. I used to use Lip Ice (local product) and also Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, but it doesn't work much, until I tried this baby <3

The Skin Food Shea Butter Lip Care Bar is a lip balm enriched which main ingredients is Shea Butter. There are 5 variants of this product; Apricot, Watermelon, Raspberry, Mint (for Men) and Milk (for Baby). The one I'll be reviewing is Watermelon. I'll also compare it with my old one, Apricot (which I used up until the very last of its product).

REVIEW : The Skin Food Cucumber Soothing Mask Wash-Off

Cucumber is well known as a plant (I really don't know whether its a veggie or fruit..lol) with a lot of benefits. As a food, it contains a lot vitamins effective to soothe your throat (after all-fried meals) and also it can helps moisten your skin. It contains plenty of water too. Another benefit, it's also great for very dry to combination, sensitive skin like mine. It moisture your skin without making it greasy.

Based on those benefits of cucumber, I choose to buy a Cucumber Soothing from The Skin Food. -I'd prefer a Korean brand for this since my skin can't hold Western skin care brands.- The mask is a wash off type.

At first I wasn't interested in doing review for this stuff, since it's a classic product everybody might have. But, after an accident I got this morning, I decided to review it!

REVIEW : CURE Natural Aqua Gel

I've been very attached to Japanese skincare lately.. ><
They really have a lot of products for my super sensitive skin.. =D

One of my HG product, beside Kao Curel range, is CURE Natural Aqua Gel. It's an exfoliant/peeling product in form of clear liquid-gel.

My HG Skin Care : Kao Curél Intensive Range

As I've ever stated in previous posts, I have a terribly sensitive skin. Therefore I've had such hard time finding my HG skin care range, since my skin would likely to broke out.. ><

My HG skin care product was actually from The Face Shop, the famous Korean brand. I use the Hydra Ice Flower range and it suits my skin well. But sadly, I heard from Drolly Pop, my favorite Korean Cosmetics online seller, that the range has been discontinued.. ><

So I start to search a new skincare. It's not easy, you know.
For some unknown reason, my skin can't stand Western products very well. I think the formula is too heavy for my skin. Asian products suit me better. I've tried TWO brands famous for their skin care range for sensitive skin; Clinique and Kiehl's, but to no result. I tried Clinique's Moisture Surge and Kiehl's Centella Skin Calming, and both had made my skin breakout so badly ><
That's the reason I've been veeerrryyy careful when looking for a substitute for my TFS Hydra Ice Flower.

Until I stumbled across Nadeshiko Beautyshop (I've got a lot of beauty online shop here in my Facebook list ><) I asked for suggestion from the owner, and she suggested me to try either Rohto Hadalabo (she said Hadalabo ES series is the range for sensitive skin), or Kao Curél, in which I choose Curél, since it got a trial set. (It'll be a waste to buy full size products if it doesn't suit your skin).

TIPS : Treating Sensitive Skin Right, and Curing Breakouts

Hi, folks! I'm back.
For today, I'll tell you about my little secret on how to cure my breakout.
As I've ever said in my very first post, I have a very dry to slightly combination skin (my cheeks are very dry, but my nose and forehead are kinda oily).
Also, my skin is extremely sensitive, which explains the acne-proneness on my dry skin. (You know, I always come out with a theory that dry skin couldn't be acne-prone. Just. My. Theory. Anyway)
It also tends to get itchy, irritated, inflamed, flake off easily.
Horrible, isn't it?

So I always being careful when it comes to choosing the right cosmetics products, especially skincare and base makeups (foundations, powders).
But you know, sometimes we don't know which product may cause breakout, do we? We might stumbled into a product that -people said- won't break you out because they used it on their -so-called sensitive skin and survived!
I didn't blame their "deceptive" opinion, no. What I wanna say here is, that every single person has different skin condition. I think a little trial and error wouldn't be a sin. Don't you agree?

That's why I'm writing this. Yeah, I wanna share it to you some first aids on how to treat and cure your skin when it breaks out.
Believe me, it'll be simple ;D
